SLOW, DEEP & JUICY VINYASA
A steady, breath-led flow rooted in Ashtanga sequencing and philosophy, with longer holds and somatic awareness woven throughout. This class emphasizes mindful mobility, refined technique, and the space to truly land in each shape.
You’ll build strength through control, focus through stillness, and presence through breath — refining not just how you move on the mat, but how you move through life.
SOL SESSION
Somatic Embodiment Class
A full-body movement experience blending intuitive dance, strength, and mobility. Sol Session is designed to help you release tension, restore confidence, and reconnect with your body through movement that feels both grounding and alive.
Part ritual, part workout, part soul expression — this is a space to shake it off, move intuitively, and remember how good it feels to be in your body.
SATURDAY RITUAL
A weekly ritual grounded in the repetition and rhythm of the Ashtanga tradition. Together we move through a guided blend of the Half Primary sequence, supported by Sanskrit counting and the steady pulse of breath.
This is where discipline becomes devotion. Familiarity invites depth, alignment sharpens, and internal strength is cultivated. We close with a brief somatic meditation or body scan to integrate the energy of your practice.
